PAUL HENRY CAZAD, 71, of South Point, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, at King's Daughters Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, W.Va., by Pastor Tom Jones. Entombment will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park Garden Mausoleum, Huntington, W.Va. He was born April 15, 1941, in Wayne County, W.Va., a son of the late William Richard Cazad and Ellen Belle Hughes Cazad. He was preceded in death by three grandchildren. He was a member of New Beginning Worship Center in Chesapeake, Ohio, was a former construction worker at C.C. Construction in Huntington and was a former employee of Ridgelawn Memorial Park. He is survived by his wife, Dollie Mae Holley Cazad; three daughters, Rhonda Damron and Kimberly Rackley, both of Huntington W.Va., and Angela Dean of Harrogate, Tenn.; one son, Carl Richard Cazad of South Point, Ohio; three sisters, Alma Bennett of Colorado, Margie Burton and Virginia Mees both of Huntington; four brothers, Lewis Cazad, Timothy Matthew Cazad and Ivan Joseph Cazad, all of Wayne County, and William Richard Cazad Jr. of Huntington, W.Va.; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and special friend Thomas Vernatt. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
