ROSCOE EDWARD STEPHENS of Maloneton, husband of Joan Lemaster Stephens, died Thursday at Community Hospice Center, Ashland. He was an educator for 35 years for Greenup and Boyd County schools. Funeral service will be noon Monday at Wurtland Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Golden Oaks Cemetery, Ashland. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Reed Funeral Home, Greenup.
