STEPHEN L. WILSON, 50, of Gallipolis, son of Hobart Jr. and Beverly Mink Wilson, died Wednesday in The Ohio State University Medical Center. He was director of the Gallia County 911 Communications Center. Funeral service 2 p.m. Sunday, First Baptist Church, Gallipolis; burial at Mound Hill Cemetery. Visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Cremeens Funeral Home, Gallipolis.
